I wasn’t supposed to make it this far. Not by the world’s standards, anyway. I grew up in a reality where survival felt like the only option—and thriving? That wasn’t something people like me were taught to expect. But somewhere along the way, I realized I had two choices: let the pain I carried define me, or use it to light a path forward—for myself and for others still trapped in silence.
I’ve faced loss that nearly broke me—grief so deep it stole my breath and changed the way I saw the world. Losing my wife was one of those moments. It wasn’t just losing a partner. It was losing a part of myself. That grief didn’t leave me—it shaped me. And through that pain, I found a deeper purpose.
What began as a fight to reclaim my own voice turned into a calling to help others find theirs. I’ve walked through trauma, abuse, and cycles I was never supposed to survive—and I’ve sat across from people battling demons the world refuses to see. People who are tired. People who feel invisible. People who just need someone to tell them they’re not alone.
That’s why I speak. That’s why I show up.
My background isn’t polished, but it’s powerful. It’s real. And it’s what makes me relentless in my pursuit to inspire, uplift, and speak truth to those who feel unseen. Whether I’m mentoring youth, sharing my journey on stage, or leading healing conversations, I carry the same mission: Your past doesn’t disqualify you. It prepares you. My life’s work is to be a bridge between what was and what can be. I’m not here to impress. I’m here to impact.
